Property Management

We offer complete Property Management Services.  We specialize in smaller rental units for out of town landlords.

Specifically our services include but are not limited to:

• collect rent and remit to the landlord monthly
• be on call for tenants concerns - we have an emergency pager system whereby we can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
• act as a liaison between the landlord and tenants
• advise the landlord on appropriate legislation
• advise the landlord on repair issues
• represent the landlord at the Landlord and Tenant Board

We have fully qualified, trained rental representatives that will monitor all phone calls regarding vacant units, show vacant units and screen all potential tenants.  This is a very important aspect of effective property management, as proper tenant selection will determine the success of the building.
